After getting some good advice I purchaced one and did learn how to fix my Xbox 360. It was very simple and once you know how to do this repair you can see why it is so necessary to fix it this way. Xbox 360s are still being build the same way they were before, I have repaired a few around my area for people and noticed a small change in the newer ones, all Microsoft did to try to fix the problem is add more heat sink. It still does not stop this problem from happening.
